White deposit in foreskin
Hello, I'm noticing white deposits spread all over the head of my penis and inside foreskin for about 4 days now. Its itchy and painful to pullback when i have to urinate. I'm trying to keep it clean and dry from 3 days but i dont think its reduced. Really worried.

It's smegma...if it's painfully to pull back then you have tight foreskin or infection of glans(balanitis.)
