I was having some throat irritation then I checked my mouth and saw white colour like behind tonsils .It has been now 4 days and some throat irritation is also there .
I am also suffering from post nasal drip from 4 years

If it is since last 4 days, it means some cheesy material is stucked in the crypta magna
Have antibiotic for 3 days with antihistamines and betadine gargles plus antacids
