It is a retention cyst . Dnt try to touch it again n again n no lip sucking.. It it's painful then it is infected.u need to be put on antibiotics. A very small prick can reduce the swelling instantaneously.but then u hv to be under antibiotic cover. If nothing works then a surgeon can operate at this cyst n take it out. Nothing to worry abt Gv hot compressed three four times a day
