Asked for Male, 21 Years

I had noticed these in feb'18 and at that time they were flat and small like a mole(til) but after that I applied some desi nuskhe and they grow big . In winters I had taken homeopathic medicines from a homeopathic doctor but he was also unable to cure these in 2 months of procedure so I left , now please tell me what is this?? warts or something else ?
