Which medicine is more powerful

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I just want to know one medicine combination prescribed by my doctor as my fasting - 126 and pp - 237.So Dr given RECLIMET/GLIZID M which is gliclazide(80mg) + metformin (500mg). And he asked me to take twice in a day . Is that medicine is safe to take. Or it's more powerful than GLYCOMET GP 0.5 (half tab) and volix 0.2.please let me know. I am little scared if has more power than suddenly increasing medicine may harm .

dont worry your doctor has choosen right medicine... monitor blood glucose levels weekly once.. or if symptomatic like sweating, hunger, dizziness if sugars less than 70 anybtime consult your doctor to reduce dose...
