The medicine issued by Govt of india has ayurvedic property. It can be taken along with allopathic medicine with your doctor's advice. Now, there are quite a lot of newer medications are there to manage diabetes. If you are on Insulin, with appropriate adjustment of medications, you can be on tablets.
