Hi
Whey protein by itself is concentrated source of whole protein.
Can be used for persons who do strenuous form of exercise.
Can you please let me know why u specifically want to include whey protein in your diet.
A diabetic person can consume whey protein provided they consume it probably once a week with also consuming plenty of fluid.
As far as possible it is better to avoid it and take more wholesome sources or protein like soy, legumes, millets, lean meat, eggs etc

No diabetic person can have only
Clinical tested diabetic protein
In whey there is some part of sugar
If your sugar is not under control it will cause problem
So choose clinical and standardrise protein
