When to expect heartbeat in pregnancy
June 25th was her first day of last period. She got positive pregnancy on Aug 2nd by urine test. Doctor did a scan on Aug 5th as per that date we thought it's 41 days but doctor told it may be 30-35 days and embryo is appearing small so we can see after 10 days for heart beat. Why there is a week + difference ? Exactly when we can hear heart beat ?

By 7th week of pregnancy heart beat is visible. If the pregnancy is formed late then there will be a difference of 1or 2 weeks particular ly in people with irregular cycles.
