8 weeks Pregnancy nd still no heartbeat
I m 8 weeks pregnant but my periods was irregular. My last period had come on 2 October. But my baby has still no heartbeat. Plzz tell me Is it normal or not? Nd what should I do?

Can wait till 10wks for heart beat , if no heart beat at 10wks then miscarriage can happen .
Next Steps
can do b-hcg levels and see its doubling .

At 7 weeks the cardiac activity or heartbeat should appear If there is no heartbeat at 8 weeks it is missed abortion and you need to proceed with termination of pregnancy
