Whats in my hair?

Asked for Female, 38 Years

Hair being weaved and sticky wax like substance sticking hair to scalp. Pieces of debris coated with black substance coming out of my hair. Also hair colour going black at hair roots. Only hair in scalp is affected. Also dogs and horses affected. Please need help as nobody can see anything ie insect or beetles but defianly something is really wrong and i need help urgently. Cant go on living with this!!! Pls help
