What to gie for Vitamin D deficiency
Hello doctor My (Aarvi Rawat)10 year old daughter's vitamin D and Vitamin b12 test reports i m sharing with u...in reports it showing vitamin d deficiency... Please advise which vitamin D supplements sould i give her and up to when?? Rigt now she is taking shalcal syrup 5 ml and zincovt syrup 5 ml... She has no problem at all...very active child... Add vit.D 60k sache/tabs.weekly. Check  vit D level in serum time to time. Adjust the dose  accordingly.
