What to do?
I admitted to my boss that i have anxiety casually. Like, ma'am i have anxiety. But not in a sad note. Now i cannot stop thinking about it of how she received it. I thought like i might be weak in their eyes, or is it the right thing to do. I just felt like i blurted out something that i shoudn't. What to do? :(

Why do you think you told her this? Do you trust her? Recall your relationship with her, how is she gradually with others and how she takes things usually when someone speaks about their personal trouble, you might get a fair idea of what can happen. Relax, you can not do anything to undo whatever has already happened.
Next Steps
take deep breath and try distract yourself from thoughts.
