Your thyroid reports show that your TSH is slightly on the higher side, while FT3 and FT4 are within the normal range. This may indicate a borderline or subclinical thyroid tendency. Diet and lifestyle can play a supportive role in maintaining thyroid health. Dietary Guidelines: - Use iodized salt in moderate amounts, as iodine is essential for proper thyroid hormone production. Avoid both excessive and very low iodine intake. - Include foods such as whole grains, sunflower seeds, eggs, and fish, as selenium supports thyroid hormone metabolism. - Ensure adequate protein through dal, legumes, eggs, dairy, chicken, or fish, since protein and zinc help maintain hormone balance and metabolism. - Vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, and soy products can be consumed, but preferably well-cooked and in moderate quantities, rather than in very large raw portions. - Maintain regular physical activity, balanced meals, proper sleep, and stress management, as these factors influence metabolic and hormonal health. There is usually no need to completely avoid specific foods for borderline thyroid levels. A balanced diet with adequate micronutrients and a healthy lifestyle can help support normal thyroid function.

Plz connect thru the app directly. As only eliminating certain foods will not correct the thyroid. We have to look into the root cause, Any drug Nutrient interaction. As some supplements can cause an increase in thyroid levels.

Hi Please talk to an endocrinologist and get started on medication if needed, incase you already haven’t done so. As far as foods are concerned don’t eat excess raw cruciferous vegetables and include iodised salt in the diet not pink salt.
