What should I do now
I am getting so high intrusive thoughts like harming someone I unable to control it so easily ,my medicine cozac and risperdone increased my ocd I have taken it for reduce ocd not increase ocd what should I do now please help me how could I reduce these high thoughts quickly

Hey, It is very overwhelming and scary to get these thoughts. And more power to you that you coming out and trying to take help. Sorry, to hear that medications are not helping you. There must be some adequate dosage problem, but trust me we will get you better.

You can consult the other Psychiatrist, who can listen to you and understand you and give you the medication and appropriate crisis intervention.
