In the past 2 months, i have lost a lot of body weight, because I don't feel like eating anything even if it is something i like. I either sleep for more than 12 hours or i cannot sleep at all. I am tired all the time and the slightest of things makes me cry. I have constant feeling of hopelessness, i have stopped doing things which i used to do like doing. I don't feel like talking to anyone, and the people i talk to on a daily basis has reduced significantly. Do i need to consult a psychiatrist or a psychologist?
