What's this skin condition on my thumb?
Hi,
This condition started 1 month ago, I used flutibact upon dermatologist recommendation and it healed completely. But after 1 week it came back this time doctor asked to use T bact cream, it's slowly healing but little bumps filled with puss are appearing. Please suggest what's the treatment for this condition.

Avoid contact with harsh soaps.
Moisturise after every handwash.

Seems to be pompholyx which could be due to allergy to anything . Need some history to make diagnosis
