What issue am I sufferin from & AnyCure?
I have been having food-related reactions for the past ~8 years.  Symptoms include:  Small itchy rashes (mosquito-bite–like), occasional mild hives, Mouth ulcers after certain foods  Digestive issues (gas, bloating,IBS-like symptoms)  Sometimes headache, palpitations, and fatigue reactions for some foods are usually delayed (around 6–10 hours after eating any unmatched food)(different food differentreaction) I am able to have  foods (rice, bottle gourd, ridge gourd, carrot, curd & urad dal).  Levocetirizine relieves symptoms whenever I have any unmatched food like chicken, tomato etc.  Previously, whenever I have taken  antibiotics for issues like dental  problems like there is no reaction for a few weeks for any foods, but now they don’t. My IgE was 120+ last year. with what is suffering with is it auto immune disorder, urticaria or food intolerances ? is there any cure for it in allopathy homeopathy or Ayurveda or any other? any new studies or methods found for cure for this issue ?

Hello, Based on the history, this does not point clearly to one single disease. It may involve a combination of food intolerance, gut dysbiosis, histamine sensitivity, chronic urticaria tendency, gastritis/IBS-related digestive imbalance, or allergy-related reactions. Delayed reactions after foods are not always classic food allergy, so proper evaluation is important before labeling it autoimmune disease. Since this has been ongoing for many years with multiple triggers, a detailed case taking is required including exact food triggers, timing of reactions, bowel pattern, stress levels, sleep, skin history, previous antibiotics use, lab reports, and lifestyle factors. Only after that can the likely root cause and management plan be understood properly.
Next Steps
1.Consult a professional if not evaluated recently 2.Maintain a food and symptom diary for 3–4 weeks 3.Get review of IgE, CBC, vitamin D, B12, thyroid, stool/gut evaluation if needed 4.Avoid random food restrictions without guidance
Health Tips
1.Prefer simple freshly cooked foods you tolerate well 2.Reduce packaged, spicy, processed foods and alcohol if taken 3.Manage stress and maintain regular sleep 4.Avoid frequent unnecessary antibiotics unless prescribed You may consult me privately for a detailed analysis and personalized guidance, as such chronic cases need complete case evaluation rather than one-line treatment.

It seems to be sero negative anasarca which can affect skin and digestive tract. It needs to be treated in a holistic approach for complete recovery. Just taking any allopathic medicines would help you temporarily. It can be well treated with homeopathic medicine effectively and without any side effects, but you need an expert Homeopathic physician asap.

What you’re describing is a chronic, mixed-pattern food reaction rather than a single simple diagnosis. The delayed onset (6–10 hours), limited safe foods, IBS-like symptoms, rashes/hives, and relief with antihistamines suggest an overlap of Chronic urticaria, Food intolerance, and a gut component like Irritable bowel syndrome. Your IgE (120+) is only mildly elevated and doesn’t fully explain the delayed reactions, so this is not a classic immediate food allergy, and it doesn’t clearly point to a strict autoimmune disease either How homeopathy looks at this case In homeopathy, we don’t treat it as just “urticaria” or “IBS.” We see it as a systemic sensitivity disorder involving: Altered gut reactivity Heightened immune response Individual food sensitivities Your overall constitution (mental + physical pattern) Your history—long duration, limited food tolerance, reactions affecting skin + gut + energy—indicates a deep-seated chronic tendency, which is exactly where individualized homeopathy is applied. What a homeopathic approach aims to do With the right constitutional remedy and follow-up, the goal is: Reduce frequency and intensity of reactions Gradually increase food tolerance Improve digestion and reduce bloating Decrease dependence on antihistamines Stabilize immune overreaction This is not a quick suppression, but a gradual correction of hypersensitivity. What to expect realistically Initial phase: reduction in severity of reactions Mid phase: longer gaps between episodes Later phase: improved tolerance to previously reactive foods Many patients with similar patterns have improved significantly over time when treatment is strictly individualized and monitored. Practical advice alongside treatment Continue safe foods (don’t experiment aggressively) Maintain a food–symptom diary Avoid unnecessary antibiotics unless essential (they temporarily suppress gut flora, which explains your past relief) Support gut health (sleep, stress control) Homeopathy → aims at long-term modulation of sensitivity our case is highly suitable for individualized homeopathic treatment, but it requires detailed case-taking—especially your: Exact reaction patterns to each food Thermal preference, sleep, stress Emotional pattern If you’re open to it, you can connect with me for a structured evaluation. I regularly treat similar long-standing hypersensitivity cases with good outcomes. please check for google reviews for similar cases Regards Dr Jyoti Kadkol Health Global Homoeopathy, vijaynagar, whitefield. www.healthglobalclinics.com

Well, It's not a simple food allergy Most likely: Chronic Urticaria + food intolerance + gut issue Delayed reactions (6–10 hrs) → not typical allergy Relief with Levocetirizine → confirms histamine involvement..

Hello, Your symptoms suggest a pattern more consistent with chronic food sensitivity with allergic tendencies, rather than a single straightforward condition. A few important points based on your history: * The delayed reactions (6–10 hours after food) are less typical of classic IgE-mediated food allergy and more suggestive of food intolerance or non-IgE mediated hypersensitivity. * Raised IgE (120+) indicates an allergic predisposition, which may explain your hives, itching, and rashes. * Associated gut symptoms (bloating, IBS-like features) indicate a likely gut-immune axis involvement. * Temporary improvement after antibiotics in the past may point toward a role of gut microbiota imbalance. Possible clinical considerations: * Chronic urticaria with food triggers * Food intolerance / sensitivity (non-IgE mediated) * Gut dysbiosis contributing to immune overreaction What you should do next: 1. Proper Evaluation * Allergy testing (specific IgE panel if indicated) * Basic gut evaluation * Rule out underlying causes of chronic urticaria 2. Diet Management * Maintain a food diary to identify triggers * Follow a structured elimination diet under guidance (avoid random restriction) 3. Gut Health Focus * Improving digestion and gut balance is key in such cases 4. Symptomatic Relief * Antihistamines like levocetirizine help control flares but are not a long-term solution 5. Scope of Treatment * In conventional medicine: management is mainly control-based (antihistamines, diet regulation) * In homoeopathy: treatment is individualized, aiming to reduce hypersensitivity and improve tolerance over time, based on your full symptom profile Important: There is no single “one-test or one-medicine cure,” but with a systematic and individualized approach, symptoms can be significantly controlled and frequency reduced.

It sounds like you have been navigating a very complex and frustrating set of symptoms for a long time. Eight years of restrictive eating and "delayed" reactions suggest that your body is in a state of chronic hypersensitivity. At Dr. Palsule’s Homoeopathic Consultancy, we look at these multi-system symptoms (skin, gut, and heart palpitations) as a single, unified imbalance rather than isolated issues. Below is a clinical perspective on your condition and how Homoeopathy can help. 1. What are you likely suffering from? While a final diagnosis requires a clinical examination, your symptoms point toward a few overlapping possibilities: Histamine Intolerance (HIT): Your "delayed" reactions (6–10 hours), headaches, and palpitations are classic signs. When your body cannot break down histamine from food (like tomatoes or chicken), it "overflows," leading to hives and IBS-like symptoms. Mast Cell Activation: Your elevated IgE (120+) and the fact that Levocetirizine (an antihistamine) provides relief suggest your mast cells—the "alarm system" of your immune system—are over-reactive. The Gut Connection (SIBO): You mentioned that antibiotics used to provide relief for a few weeks. This is a significant clue. It suggests that "bad" bacteria in the gut were producing toxins or histamine. When the antibiotics killed them, your symptoms vanished temporarily, only to return when the gut flora became imbalanced again. 2. Is it Autoimmune or Urticaria? Chronic urticaria (hives) is often a symptom, not the root cause. While there can be an autoimmune component where the body attacks its own histamine receptors, your clear link to food suggests a metabolic and digestive dysfunction rather than a pure autoimmune disease. 3. The Homoeopathic Approach to a "Cure" In Allopathy, the focus is often on blocking the reaction (antihistamines). In Homoeopathy, we focus on re-training the immune system. Gut-Immune Reset: We use remedies to improve the "leaky gut" and digestive fire. This addresses why you previously responded well to antibiotics by stabilizing the internal microbiome naturally. Lowering the Threshold: Instead of avoiding 90% of foods forever, our goal is to raise your "tolerance bucket." Through constitutional remedies, we aim to reduce the IgE hyper-responsiveness so that a tomato or piece of chicken no longer triggers a "system-wide alarm." Individualized Treatment: Since you have different reactions to different foods, we select a remedy that matches your specific pattern—whether it’s the mouth ulcers, the palpitations, or the fatigue. 4. New Studies and Methods Recent research into the Gut-Brain-Skin Axis confirms that chronic hives and food intolerances are deeply linked to the health of the intestinal lining. New protocols focus on "Microbiome Restoration." Homoeopathy has been practicing this "deep-acting" approach for centuries by treating the patient’s constitution rather than just the rash.
Next Steps
Next Steps for Recovery To move beyond temporary relief and toward a permanent remedy, we recommend: A Detailed Case-Taking: Analyzing the 8-year timeline to find the "trigger" that started this cycle. A Low-Histamine Transition: While the medicine works, we can fine-tune your diet to include high-protein vegetarian options that don't trigger your rashes. Constitutional Medicine: Starting a deep-acting Homoeopathic course to desensitize your immune system.

Going through your symptoms, this doesn’t look like one single disease. It’s more like your body has developed a sensitivity to certain foods over time, along with an allergic tendency. The delayed reactions you mentioned (after 6 to 10 hours) along with gas, bloating, rashes and relief with levocetirizine all point more towards food intolerance plus histamine related reactions, rather than a classic immediate food allergy or autoimmune problem. Your IgE being on the higher side supports this, but it doesn’t mean something serious is going on. These kinds of patterns are quite commonly linked with gut sensitivity. Also, the fact that antibiotics gave temporary relief earlier suggests your gut environment. About cure to be honest: There’s usually no instant or permanent fix for this, but it can be controlled very well and often improves over time if managed properly. What will actually help you 1. Stick to foods that suit you (your safe list is a good start) 2. Keep a simple food diary, this helps more than most tests 3. Avoid frequent random experimentation with trigger foods. 4. Maintain regular eating, sleep and stress levels Antihistamines like levocetirizine can be used when needed, but the focus should be more on understanding and controlling triggers So overall this is most likely a food sensitivity with an allergic background, not an autoimmune disease.
