What is wrong with me.
I am of 21 years right now with few friends close to me. I dont know why but i always cancel out the plans with anyone that are made in advance,i just like being at home and doing nothing or just watching tv. I just try to find the reasons to not talk to anyone or atleast postpond it so that i can be prepared of what to talk. Is this normal??or what should be done about it please help..

Hi You may have some personality issues, plz visit a clinical psychologist or psychiatrist to rule out any behavioral problem instead of taking risk by ignoring before it get worst. Thank you.

Hi, Every human possesses different likes - dislikes , attitude etc .  introvert as well as extrovert personalities both are normal as far as you , yourself are happy and confident  with what you are. If you actually like outings and talking and socializing , but still you are running away from that , then we need to assess what is it that is not letting you involve in all this . We have different therapies and Counseling practices that can explore your fears , hesitation and your blocks . It is not abnormal.. Though, you need to understand the reason behind your Anxiety... Seek a professional support. Consult a psychologist.
