I have some kind of pain on the right side of this finger. Some yellow colour fuss is formed on the right side. What may be the reason and how can i treat this?

Do cold compression instead of hot as there seems inflammation so hot compression will be triggering Take cefixime 200 bd for 3 days Tablet tramadol sos if pain Do not touch over and again SOS if u have Colgate please apply on it for fast results

It seems like localized infection under and around your nail fold. Most of time It's self limited
Next Steps
warm soak your finger  3-4 times a day T. cephalexin 500 mg 3 times a day after food T.zerodol sp 1-0-1 T. Pan 40 mg 1-0-1 before food for 3 days

Avoid squeezing or pricking at home if swelling increases despite abovetreatment, visit near by hospital for incision and drainage .

Seens infected,  take tab cefixime 200mg one morning and one evening  for 7 days. Tab combiflam one every 8hours for 3 days , after meals. Apply sumeg ointment over it 3times daily Do some cold and then hot compression. If pain and swelling persists or increase s, go for Incision and drainage to a nearby hospital

Unable to see the pic as its not clear. Anyway Hot fomentation with boric powder two times press it although its paining so pus comes out. Tab zerodol sp three times a day after food for 3to5 days. Cefexim 200 two times a day after food for five days. Montek lc one at night for five days. If it burst  clean with  betadine solution  apply  t bact ointment t locally.
