If you are feeling guilty in that case you have to deal with it . We feel guilt when we do something bad or donot do right or hurt some feelings In guilt we make lot of demands on ourselves + self blame ourself as bad person. You have to understand we are humans , we can do lot of  bad things or fail to do right things or hurt someone feelings , I am saying forget about what happen but continuously thinking about what u did is not going to change that . If guilt is helping you ,feel it ,if not in that case stop feel guilty. accept your self as a imperfect human who can do both good or bad things  and donot label your self on the basis of just your bad behaviour but also include good behaviour while self evaluation.

I can sense that you're going through a tough time, feeling guilty and experiencing pressure on your chest at night. It's great that you feel better in the morning, but it can be challenging to stay motivated when you're dealing with this emotional weight. These feelings of disconnection between your heart and brain, as well as the guilt you're carrying, can be quite overwhelming. It might be helpful to talk to a mental health professional about what you're experiencing. They can help you work through your past experiences, financial problems, and the guilt that's weighing you down. Remember, you don't have to go through this on your own. Seeking help and support is a positive step toward managing these challenges and finding a path to a more fulfilling and motivated life

Hi! I think you are feeling fear and anxiety in your subconscious mind about certain things that have happened in your life in the past few months. You won’t realise it until you address it. Practice a few techniques like focused breathing and meditation. It’s better you address the underlying cause and triggers so it can be helpful in the long run.

Consult a psychologist.
