You are probably fond of your aunt and it is okay to get excited. If you are having a good time with your aunt it is okay to get excited. Hi It sounds like you may be experiencing feelings of excitement and heightened emotions related to the sudden reconnection between your aunt and mother. This may be triggering strong emotions within you and causing you to feel more excited and attentive during conversations with your aunt. It's important to acknowledge and understand these feelings, as they may be linked to past experiences or family dynamics. In terms of what you can do, it may be helpful to discuss these feelings with your psychiatrist or therapist during your psychiatric treatment for panic attacks. They can help you explore these emotions further and develop coping strategies to manage them. Additionally, practicing mindfulness and self-awareness techniques may also be beneficial in regulating your emotions and maintaining a sense of emotional stability during conversations with your aunt. Overall, it's important to prioritize your mental health and well-being during this time of change and transition within your family dynamics. Remember to be kind to yourself and seek support from professionals who can help guide you through this process.

How long have you been having such feelings with your aunt. I don't feel anything is wrong with how you are excited and created an impression towards your aunt. May be you like your aunt. We all have people whom we like and try to be our best in front of them. Try to do some relaxation exercises before talking to her, and set a healthy boundary. Also distract yourself with other priorities of yours in th back of your head.

As per my opinion, i think it's normal. We are humans we tend to get attracted or fond of some due to their behaviour or personality. Set a healthy boundary and try not to panic for this action of yours.
