Hello Doctor....!!
My brother MRI report says...
1.The study reveals avulsion fracture of posterior tibial plateau near tibial insertion site of PCL with surrounding marrow edema.
2.T2W/PDFS intrasubstance hyperintesity in PCL,suggestive of partial tear.
3.Mild increased fluid seen in supra patrakar bursa paracondylar recess and tino femoral joint spaces with surrounding subcutaneous soft tissue edema.
What is the actual problem with him...????

PCL bony avulsion fracture.
He needs surgery to fix back the torn ligament with a fracture .
Don't take this pathology lightly as PCL is the strongest ligament of the knee, person with a PCL deficient knee will have trouble doing regular stuff.
