Back in 2018, my mri showed " mild posterior buldge of l4 l5 disc indenting thecal sac"
Now i get sharp pain in my feet when i stand or sit for long time. Exercises provided by physiotherapist make it worse like when i do cobra pose my pain start to radiate to leg.
Am i doing something wrong.
