I had a C section 5 months ago and I was waiting for my period to come they did on the 29 March it was light pink and it only lasted 2 days with light cramps and a month later I got cramps I thought it was my period but nothing I don't breastfeed

Post delivery periods can be irregular till 1 yr.
However if you hv been sexually active then you could be pregnant too.
So do a urine pregnancy test.
