For the past 1 year, I am facing intrusive mental images/thoughts that pop up out of nowhere- these can be related to distorted memories of the past, imagination, dreams etc. I also feel a sense of deja vu many times during the day whenever I do something. I often get confused/disoriented. My dreams are also realistic, so that its confusing.
