Dear mam
Feeling irritable and angry, lack of interest in things that you liked doing before, feeling hopeless, disturbed sleep and appetite can all be symptoms of depression.depression is a treatable medical condition and can be effectively treated with medications and psychological therapy.please see a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation which will also include a physical examination and blood test to rule out any physical cause like thyroid abnormality which can cause these symptoms. Talk to your friends and family about how you are feeling.try doing some exercise and meditation.
Seek professional help.
