Nutrition depends on site of radiation and differs based on extent of disease..comorbidities like diabetes hypertension and radiation target voulme..

Nutritious food, specially home cooked.
If he is taking difficulty in swallowing ,then take semi solid .
Drink plenty of fluids specially water.

Good nutritious food to be taken. Most important is adequate hydration. Site of radiotherapy? Avoid spicy and oily food. Home cooked food is advised.
