It will heal gradually. It will take 3-4 weeks but all the reaction didnt occured suddenly it developed in long course of radiation approx 4-6 weeks nd it will take much longer than this to go completely and some reaction may persist for which you will be told some precaution and exercises by your doctor. Dont worry it will heal.
