It is neck pain which is radiating to shoulder. Hot water fermentation twice a day and neck strengthening exercises will help reduce pain, maintain proper posture and avoid neck bending forward/backward while using screen. If the pain does not reduce in 3 days, go for X-ray of cervical spine and follow back with report.
