What happens after keto
I am almost finishing my Keto diet and have lost the weight that I wanted. I now plan on continuing having bullet coffee every morning before my workout, introducing carbs in the form of a multigrain bread or low carb flour or multigrain atta during either lunch or dinner, and eating regular healthy indian and continental food. So that means I will be having only lunch and dinner, a bullet coffee in the morning and maybe nuts or fruits inbetween the day. Is this alright? Will this affect my body as I will still be working out. And is it okay to make bullet coffee a permanent part of my diet. Morning - bullet coffee Workout Lunch - quinoa veggies or salad or grilled chicken or one multigrain roti and sabzi Snack - nuts or fruits or green tea or chamomile tea Dinner - soup or daal or egg white omlette or Poha with one roti or toast
