Nothing hard to chew Nothing that will cause you a cold (as per your experience) Amla you can eat You can eat strawberries bananas kiwi fruit papaya etc Don’t lift any weight Water shouldn’t enter your ear at any cost

U can have any fruits.avoid only those fruits which u r allergic to if any..if u r not allergic to any fruit,u can have any fruits..just avoid biting or chewing hard foods on that side of surgery

You can eat any fruits unless until it doesn’t cause any cold or allergy (like no cough or sneezing)..avoid eating any fruits unless until which is hard to bite
