What does cancer in the mouth look like when it starts? In the early stages, mouth cancerrarely causes any pain.

It will present as small painful non healing ulcers which blled on touch..may also present with loosening of teeth in unexpected age groups..pain during swallowing...very rarely with palpable nodes before the main leaion is noticed
