To address the fear of cancer. I feel the first thing you need to do is to address the cause.. why is that you have a fear in first place? Of all disease, why is that you are constantly worried about cancer? Is there some relative or someone known to you who has cancer and that triggered this fear? Try addressing that. All your reports scan are normal. Which means you have been scientifically assured that you are disease free. So relax

Hello, I understand your fear, but I want to firmly reassure you: your test results are excellent, and there is absolutely no evidence of cancer. * Normal Results: Clear CA markers at age 34 are highly reassuring.
Fatty Liver: Grade 1 fatty liver is very common, benign, and reversible with diet and exercise. It is not cancer.
Colonoscopy: Without red-flag symptoms (like visible bleeding or severe weight loss), this test is simply not needed at your age.
Great Progress: Quitting smoking and drinking 3 months ago is fantastic for your health. Keep it up.
Next Steps
You are physically healthy. The issue you are facing now is Health Anxiety. Chasing unnecessary tests will only fuel your fear. I strongly advise you to stop Googling symptoms and speak with a therapist or counselor to help you overcome this anxiety. You have done the physical work; now it is time to let your mind rest.
Health Tips
If your worry is because of any family member being affected, I'll suggest doing tests to rule out possibility of familial cancers if it is a blood relative.
