Hie I am 23 year old female , recently got diagnosed with autoimmune thyroid and pcos, though I have maintain a healthy weight and my periods are regular too, my doctor had put me on cytomid 250 but because of its side effects in my report had asked to stop, though now I am not getting acne anymore, but the pigmentation and scar bothers me , I do go for regular cleanup and peel treatment at a salon but the results are very slow please help me with the same I have attached my pictures for the same

Greetings. Pimples may often leave spots especially if not treated or if we burst pimples or pick them. You'll need skin lightening creams for a specified duration to reduce the marks , and this could also be dealt with chemical peeling. Also you must use a sunscreen to prevent darkening of the spots. For scars, creams may not work n you may need procedures like microneedling, microneedling rf, fractional lasers, prp or subscision or a combination of these. Send in your pictures if you need further assistance.
