What could be the problem?
I have lower jaw pain, sore ear pain and swelling in the jaw till lips for last one and a half months. Had sinus infection and thought it's because of that.sinus cleared up after antibiotics.Jaw pain, swelling didn't reduce.Went to dentist, x-rays are normal. Did bite test and cold spray test. Felt pain& sensitivity in one spot on lower first molar during bite test. So Dr said I might have a tooth fracture. Took CBCT scan. But not seen in the scan.he says it's unpredictable and telling me to do RCT or extraction. Also said my upper wisdom tooth is erupted and told me to remove it.Removed my upper wisdom tooth with an oral surgeon last week. It's been a week, and still have the same jaw pain and swelling. It's paining under the ear and top of the neck. It hurts to touch under the ear and very sore, tender. I feel some sharp pain in the end of jaw for last 3 days. Is it because of upper WT removal or lower molar? Dr also said that I might grind and clench. do I have crack? what to do next?
