Sir, I understand that you need medical help.
But the same question was asked by you on 7th Nov 2019, where multiple specialist including me have responded to your genuine concern and advised you and guided you as to what needs to be done.
Here is what I had replied for your query.
"Obesity is a silent yet very dangerous disease which is often over looked by Patient as well as their treating doctors.
The above history mentioned suggest excercise intolerance, which means your heart is not getting enough blood supply when you are walking fast/ Excercising, which in turn makes your heart beat twice the normal rate to over compensate it.
Though your lipid profile , ECG, 2D- ECHO reports are normal, excercise intolerance is a subtle sign of impending cardiac problem.
1. Kindly undergo Angiography.
2. Reduce your body weight by atleast 5% over next 6 months.
This will help you in maintaining good health ".
Kindly follow the same.
Don't get disheartened.
All of us here who have replied to you have always tried to help and resolve your health issue. But an online forum like this has its own limitations.
Hope this was of some help.
GERD can cause pain in chest. Urticaria can be a manifestation of a severe gastritis. Gastritis can cause raised heart rate. Asthma shows that u r hyper responsive.
GERD doesn't have any significant solution as ur endoscopy is normal too so there isn't anything to rectify.
For 5 6, you are obese. Lifestyle modification is the main line of management to reduce gastritis.
Next Steps
Lose weight.
U r on PPI, which eventually reduces b12 so get ur b12 checked, start supplement.
Check with a psychiatrist whether there is any issue of anxiety as according to you no dr is able to help you.
Mild anxiolytic makes wonders.
