What can i do for my 2 year old
My newly 2 year old has become very lethargic, his head is burning hot, has a bit of congestion and says his eyes hurt. No access to a thermometer. Hes also saying his arms ache and he holds them very stiff. Can't move him too fast or he cries that it hurts

Most fevers in children are viral in origin and take 3-7 days to subside completely.
If not accompanied by any other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness,just give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hourly if required.
Muscular pain is normal in viral fever.
