From last few months i am noticing that there are vertical wrinkles (from top to bottom) on each nail of my fingers. What does it indicate and what i need to do. Please suggest

Its normal to have vertical wrinkles, no need to do anything, if there is any change in coloue or thickness of nail then its a problem
