Wet coughing
Hi, my 15 month old baby (11 kg) is having wet cough but still no visible breathing problem. Mostly coughing in sleep. Last time doctor suggested ascoril ls. Can we give him that now? If so please share the doses.

Always better to get the chest examined before using any cough syrup, especially for a child below 2 years of age
Cough may also sound wet with post nasal drip , this will not need ascoril LS.

Hi,
Plz specify if ur baby is having any associated fever , Runny nose or vomiting after coughing.
Also mention if he is active as usual and his feeding behaviour after initiation of cough.
