My 3 Month old son is suffering from cough and chest congestion from 2-3 days. My paediatrician has given ambroxol, cetrizine and zifi drops along with baby rub. Doctor said it's a wet cough will get recovered in 2-3 days. From last night he is whistling often while breathing while his cough remains persistent after 4 doses. He is taking breastfeeding fairly, but facing difficulties in sleeping. He is not too cranky or crying and
active, No fever, breaths around 45 times in a minute. I am worried about his noisy breathing as it is there for most of the time. What will be my next steps, is it normal? should i wait or see doctor again ??
