Weist fracture
My wrist got Fractured and had 5 weeks plaster followed by reduction treatment. Now since the plaster is removed 2 days back, I am still unable to move my hand and fingers and is having pain. Not even able to do exercises because of stiffness and there's so much pain in doing that. Any suggestions what I can do for faster treatment?

You may get some stiffness after removal of plaster. Kindly do physiotherapy as advised. Discuss with your doctor
