Tonight we were playing, b4 sleep he said he wanted to talk. b4 saying anything he started shivering and stuttering. Bcame severe for some time Then he said he is not able to decide what to do and what is right.and that every scenario and convo keep playing in his head non stop.Reapeting evrytng in head

Some people can't make decisions because they are too busy over analysing everything. They analyse things to death and are satisfied with that. They are always thinking about them Well thought is a wonderful thing if it is best coupled with an action that jump from theoretical to practical is one which has strong element of risk. Some thrive on that feeling but most of us are not ready to deal with that in many areas of our life. FEW PEOPLE HAVE TROUBLE MAKING DECISIONS. WHEN PEOPLE DON'T KNOW WHAT THE NEXT RIGHT COURSE OF ACTION IS IT'S OFTEN BECAUSE THEY HAVE LOST SIGHT OF THE LARGER COURT THAT MIGHT MOVE THEM FORWARD. BEFORE YOU FIGURE OUT WHAT CHOICE YOU WANT TO MAKE DECIDE WHAT YOU ARE LONGER TERM GOALS ARE AND PICK THE CHOICE THAT FITS THEM.

Hi It seems like he could be stressed about something. It looks like he is stressed about the future. It will be good if he does not come under too much pressure about what he wants to do. You can encourage him to write down his goals and ambitions. It will be good if you give him space to talk about his feelings. To feel better he will require counseling sessions. Do the things that interest you and do them with all your heart. Don't be concerned about whether people are watching you or criticizing you. The chances are that they aren't paying any attention to you. It's your attention to yourself that is so stultifying. But you have to disregard yourself as completely as possible. If you fail the first time then you'll just have to try harder the second time. After all, there's no real reason why you should fail. Just stop thinking about yourself. Eleanor Roosevelt
