I've been receiving slight weird pains in my stomach often not too painful to bare . sharp pains in my upper chest , sore breasts , constapation ,bowels coming out it in lumps most of the time now, also having to go to the restroom daily on demand. & im now also starting to break out in my face . does these symptoms seem alarming or familiar to you ? i dont have insurance right now its its a little difficult getting information i need. thank you

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Drink plenty of fluids. Wash your face twice a day at least. Use a less greasy moisturiser. Have a high fiber diet. Avoid oily/fried or spicy foods. Instead of 3 meals, have 5 smaller meals at regular intervals. Consult your doctor for further evaluation and management.
