Weird feeling going on left side of head

Asked for Male, 35 Years

The left side of my upper neck is super tight and tender it it runs up to my occipital protuberance on the same side which is swollen. The left side of my jaw hurts a little as well and left tonsil is swollen. Sharp pain behind my left eye when I turn my head to the right
