Blood pressure can vary each time you take it, so it is best advised to take an average BP of the 3 latest measurements you have.
Nevertheless your current BP does not warrant anything to be concerned about.

try taking the bp when you are relaxed, the mild increase might be because you are anxious ( worried that your BP will be high ) during the time of the procedure.
