I'm working on night shifts, it is complete night shift from 8 in the night to 6 in the morning. I've lost a lot of weight from all the parts of the body and gaining weight in the tummy area. I need an effective diet plan, that can help in gain a balanced weight. I got stretch marks due to sudden weight loss. I'm very depressed
