Actually I want a diet to loose weight around 9 kg. I already loose 4 kg because of 900 cal.diet but it was done on first week after that my weight is stuck.. I am doing exercise at home and walk for 10-15 minutes regularly.. I done my health test everything is fine my thyroidsugar cholesterol.. But b12 is low and vit D is also low
