Iam 31yt old female I am hypothyroid and taking 100mg thyronorm and have pcod (taken medications fr that) Iam hitting to gym n diet I reduced 5kg in 1.5months But from past 1month my weight is struck inspite of diet n workout Can.u take weight reduction pills Plz suggest me

No ,weight reduction pills will not be effective on your body. You must balance on mood and eating time. Your weight stuck because you are not taking proper diet, another reason must be your imbalance thyroid level. Do the test once and make it confirm. Calcium and vit d deficiency is common in thyroid disorder and symptoms are backache, feet n legs pain. You can take vit d3 supplement too.

Hello, it's good, even though it is more difficult to reduce weight when you have both hypothyroidism and PCOD, it is appreciable you already have achieved some results, please avoid all weight losing pills they come with lot of side effects. It is common to reach flat line when you are losing weight where you see no results and that is the point where you have to put more effort in exercise and reduce some more calories in your current diet. Adding tablet metformin in PCOS patients heaps to reduce weight, please talk to your doctor regarding this and please continue your efforts for few more months. You are definitely going to see results.
