My husband woke up at 7 am and drink coffee. He ate breakfast like poha,dhokla,samosa or else. At 11.30 he took his lunch. After that also he feel hungry and eat something so many time. At 3 pm he drink coffee and want something to eat. At around 8 he took his dinner and after that also he feel hungry.
I am worried about this hunger.before 3 months he went to gym about 3 months and took protine intakes. Please provide me guidance about why he felt so hungry and how to loose his weight as I thought 92 kg is not good for his health. His hight is 5.9.can you suggest proper diet for him ?
He want out side food more even if I prepare delicious food at home.
