Weight loss years after bariatic surgery

Asked for Male, 40 Years

I am male 40years old, had sleeve bariatic surgery in July 2013, I weighed 146KG before surgery, and 1.5 years later weighed 113. Since then my weight is stagnant at ~120KG. I want to lose further 30KG of weight, need advise on how to proceed.
